However, it is essential to highlight the possible risks of this trend - E-lover can potentially serve as a tool for the government and capitalist organizations to gather personal data and exploit users' emotional needs. The product emphasizes the critical need to balance technology with privacy and security concerns.

The grasp of government and capital on society is diminishing as people reject traditional thinking and expected social roles. With their increased awareness of backroom deals, citizens are becoming more difficult to monitor and control. However, with the development of technology, new methods to maintain control are also emerging. Although there are occasions when government and capital respond to the needs of the people and attempt to establish a positive relationship, these efforts are frequently concealed by their true underlying intentions.
Problem Statement
What if forming romantic and sexual relationships with machine become mainstream and people use machine instead of human to satisfy their personal kinks?
Future Scenario

As society progresses and traditional thinking fades away, people are becoming more self-sufficient and cautious about forming real, intimate relationships. This has led to a significant decline in marriage and fertility rates in recent years, which has become a growing concern for governments around the world striving to ensure population growth and social stability.
In light of this, technology companies have seized an opportunity in the rise of artificial intelligence and have begun developing virtual lovers to meet people's emotional needs. As a result, the concept of authentic relationships is evolving, with a real relationship with a virtual agent becoming a viable option for many people. This has led to an addiction to idealized virtual relationships, resulting in a decreased interest in seeking partners and starting families in the real world.
Ideation
Sensory Stimulation
ASMR audio and an accompanied wearable device are used to provide an idealized intimate experience through auditory and synchronized tactile stimulation.
Collection of Physical Data
Collect users’ physical data from sweat and blood pressure secretly so that government and capital could monitor and have more information about people.
Inconspicuous and Portable
To make the private intimate experience not limited to time and spaces, the device should be hard to notice and portable.
Reflection
Aside from the possibility that robots might take over humans' jobs, there is a potential that AI would influence human emotions as they become more realistic and idealized. With the new technology and the current epidemic of loneliness, the product of a meticulously tailored version made exclusively to satisfy users’ desires seems to be an ideal choice.
However, from the perspective of government, this trend could cause some problems that will threaten its status and the social stability. In this project, I speculated the future scenario of 2040 that robotic romance become mainstream, and government and capital use the relationship as the tool of manipulating citizens. With researches and interviews, I decided to highlight kinks as the consumer needs, since it is more personal. Through the interaction with E-lover, their physical data is collected and being sold.
